Know that advertising campaign that reads "Think Different?" Well, that sums up Zecharia Sitchin - that is if you think a 'different' thinker is a man who takes myth as fact, believes ancient astronauts from a mysterious Planet X (that orbits our Earth every 3600 years) are our 'gods', and learned ancient Hebrew and Sumerian to back it all up.

Regardless of what kind of thinker you think he is, many people in power think Mr. Sitchin qualifies as a 'dangerous' thinker. His research raises questions beyond UFOs, pyramid belts and crop circles. The information found in the ancient texts he's translated shakes the core of our religious, scientific and political beliefs.

Aliens as 'gods'? Humans as genetically engineered 'workers'? Ancient super-sophisticated civilizations destroyed by their own nuclear capabilities? A 3600 year "advancement/cleansing" cycle? (with circa 2013 the next due date, thus slightly cramping the style of the New World Order).
